Jobomschrijving

Samen met je collega’s van de klantenservice zorg je ervoor dat klantencontacten en organisatie van onze dienstverlening van een leien dakje lopen. Je biedt onze klanten én preventieadviseurs een vijfsterrenservice – efficiënt en met een glimlach.

Jouw takenpakket als onthaalmedewerker klantenservice

  • Je ondersteunt onze klanten en hun werknemers met al hun vragen, zowel telefonisch als via mail. Je zorgt indien nodig voor doorverwijzing naar de juiste collega en een correcte opvolging
  • Je verzorgt een warm onthaal aan de balie voor bezoekers en leveranciers
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij algemene administratieve taken en dossierbeheer: bestanden verwerken, briefwisseling, digitale archivering, ….
  • Je volgt facilitaire taken op

Daarnaast onderscheid je je door je sterke communicatieve impact en je vermogen om oplossingsgericht samen te werken.
