Jobomschrijving

Als Onthaalmedewerker & Office Manager ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van het kantoor en zorg je ervoor dat klanten, bezoekers en collega's kunnen rekenen op een professionele en warme service. Je combineert onthaal, administratie en office management en speelt een centrale rol in de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor.

  • Professioneel ontvangen en verder helpen van klanten en bezoekers
  • Beheren van inkomende telefonie en eerstelijns klantcontacten
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van afspraken voor collega's
  • Registreren, filteren en doorsturen van inkomende vragen
  • Verwerken en beheren van documenten en administratieve dossiers
  • Ondersteunen bij eenvoudige administratieve en commerciële verrichtingen
  • Verzorgen van postverwerking en algemene kantooradministratie
  • Ondersteunen bij beperkte schade- en klantendossiers
  • Mee bewaken van de dagelijkse organisatie en structuur binnen het kantoor
  • Opvolgen van kantoorbestellingen en praktische voorzieningen
  • Ondersteunen van marketingactiviteiten, websitebeheer en social media
  • Collega's administratief en organisatorisch ontzorgen
  • Mee zorgen voor een professionele uitstraling van het kantoor
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve klantenervaring
  • Ervaring in onthaal, administratie, office management of een gelijkaardige functie
  • Kennis van verzekeringen is een must
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Klantvriendelijk, representatief en servicegericht
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en oog voor detail
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
