Als onthaalouder in werknemersstatuut sta je in voor de zorg en begeleiding van baby’s en peuters

in jouw eigen warme, huiselijke omgeving.

Je volgt het ritme van het kind en speelt in op zijn of haar noden zoals slapen, eten en verzorging.

Je organiseert kleine activiteiten die de ontwikkeling stimuleren en aansluiten bij de interesses en

levensfase van het kind.

Je zorgt je voor een veilige, geborgen sfeer waarin elk kind zich welkom en gezien voelt.

Je ontvangt ouders op een open en hartelijke manier en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op, zodat

zij hun kind met een gerust hart aan jouw opvang kunnen toevertrouwen.

  • Je bent enthousiast, zorgzaam en straalt positiviteit uit.
  • Je hebt een groot hart voor baby’s en peuters.
  • Je bent geduldig, empathisch en oprecht betrokken.
  • Je hebt zin voor orde, netheid en hygiëne.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met ouders en collega’s.
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en bent bereid bij te leren.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor veiligheid.
  • Je beschikt over een kwalificatiebewijs om met baby's en peuters te werken en bent bereid om een traject te volgen met een pedagogisch coach van de VVSG.
  • Indien je niet over het nodige kwalificatiebewijs beschikt, dan ben je bereid om een opleiding bij een CVO te volgen en je te laten begeleiden door een mentor van de VVSG.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het werken met baby's en peuters, maar dit is geen vereiste.
