The posting

Als onthaalouder begeleid je actief een groep kinderen van 0 tot 2.5jaar. je biedt op een waarderende en pedagogische manier ondersteuning. Je bent vertrouwenspersoon voor de kinderen.

Je wordt tewerkgesteld via een samenwerkingsovereenkomst als onthaalouder binnen het sociaal statuut.

Onze onthaalouder en de opvangkindjes beschikken over een ingerichte opvang en trekken ook regelmatig naar buiten om te spelen of om op uitstap te gaan. Helaas missen we nu nog enkele toffe collega’s, om mee de dromen waar te maken.

  • Je neemt initiatief om constant je eigen handelen bij te sturen en te verbeteren.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en gaat hier constructief mee om.
