  • Als kinderbegeleider gezinsopvang organiseer je kinderopvang op een kleinschalige, warme en huiselijke manier bij jou thuis of op een andere locatie. Je vangt een beperkte groep van gemiddeld 4 tot 5 kinderen van verschillende leeftijden samen op, zoals in een gezin.
  • Je biedt kwaliteitsvolle kinderopvang en hebt bijzondere aandacht voor kwetsbare gezinnen en kinderen.
  • Je erkent de ouder als eerste opvoedingsverantwoordelijke en je gaat in dialoog met oog voor behoeften, wensen en gewoonten van alle gezinnen/kinderen. Dit doe je vanuit wederzijds respect, openheid en transparantie.
  • Het belang van het kind staat steeds centraal. Je respecteert de eigenheid van elk kind en biedt warme en liefdevolle ondersteuning met oog voor de beleving.
  • Je hebt enige ervaring of voeling met de begeleiding van jonge kinderen (baby's, peuters en/of kleuters) in een professionele context (bv. werkervaring in een kinderdagverblijf of school, vrijwilligerswerk, …);
  • Je kan een inschrijvingsbewijs voor het volgen van een kwalificatietraject voorleggen of je bent reeds in het bezit van een diploma/kwalificatiebewijs waarmee je conform de richtlijnen van Kind & Gezin mag werken in de gezinsopvang: kwalificaties-kinderopvang-schema-max18plaatsen.pdf
  • Je bent zorgzaam, communicatief en hebt een hart voor kinderen en gezinnen;
  • Je zet het comfort van een kind steeds voorop;
  • Je erkent de meerwaarde van diversiteit bij kinderen, gezinnen en collega’s en tracht aansluiting te vinden in al je contacten. Je bent bereid om 10u per dag te werken, vastgelegd in samenspraak met jouw verantwoordelijke opvanglocatie;
  • Je beschikt over een eigen woning/locatie binnen onze zorgregio.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands aan niveau B1 voor lezen en schrijven, B2 voor luisteren en spreken.
