Hou je van techniek die je effectief kan vastpakken? In deze rol als Senior Ontwerper Aluminium Schrijnwerk zit je niet vast in theoretische R&D, maar werk je aan systemen die echt geproduceerd én verkocht worden. Je krijgt hier de ruimte om bestaande oplossingen slimmer te maken, nieuwe concepten op te zetten en vooral: impact te hebben. Geen overdaad aan meetings, wel inhoud, autonomie en zichtbare resultaten in de fabriek.

Je werkt op het snijpunt van ontwerp, techniek en commerciële haalbaarheid.

  • Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert aluminium schrijnwerksystemen, met een verhouding van ongeveer 70% bureauwerk en 30% overleg.
  • Je vertaalt klantvragen en architecturale uitdagingen naar concrete, produceerbare oplossingen.
  • Je werkt concepten uit van schets tot 2D-tekening (AutoCAD) en 3D-model (Inventor).
  • Je stemt af met testingenieurs en volgt jouw ontwerpen op in het testcentrum.
  • Je ondersteunt R&D-collega’s zodat zij zich op detailengineering kunnen focussen.
  • Je gaat ±10 keer per jaar naar werven of klanten om situaties in realiteit te beoordelen.
  • Je zorgt dat jouw ontwerpen niet alleen technisch kloppen, maar ook effectief geproduceerd en verkocht worden.

Type opdrachten:

  • Klantspecifieke oplossingen uitwerken (bv. nieuwe deur- of gevelprofielen)
  • Bestaande systemen verbeteren en optimaliseren
  • In beperkte mate nieuwe systemen ontwikkelen (eerder evolutie dan pure innovatie)

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde speler binnen aluminium schrijnwerksystemen, met een sterke reputatie in de markt. Het bedrijf combineert een familiale cultuur met een professionele aanpak en werkt voor zowel grote bouwgroepen als kleinere gespecialiseerde schrijnwerkers.   • Ervaring met aluminium schrijnwerk of PVC-profielen
  • Inzicht in stabiliteit, waterdichtheid en detaillering
  • Je kan zelfstandig ontwerpen bedenken én verbeteren
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD en bij voorkeur Inventor (of gelijkaardig zoals SolidWorks)
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands
