  • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe matrijzen en afkapsystemen voor productieprocessen
  • Mechanisch ontwerp uitwerken met maximaal gebruik van gestandaardiseerde toolingcomponenten
  • Uitvoeringstekeningen opstellen voor productie en technische documentatie beheren
  • Bestaande matrijzen analyseren en optimaliseren met behulp van digitale tools en FEA-modules
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan productie en opvolging verzorgen aan de machines
  • Stilstanden analyseren en verbeteringen voorstellen om betrouwbaarheid te verhogen
  • Samenwerken met atelierleiding, productieplanning en andere interne afdelingen
  • Ondersteunen bij opstart en oplevering van nieuwe productieseries
  • Actief bijdragen aan continu verbeteringsprojecten rond kwaliteit, efficiëntie, veiligheid en duurzaamheid
  • Master of bachelor in een technische richting (bij voorkeur industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke kennis van NX / NX-Teamcenter / NX-FEA en ervaring met CAD-ontwerp
  • Basiskennis van AutoCAD of bereidheid om dit aan te leren
  • Goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met macro's en draaitabellen is een plus
  • Interesse in toolingtechnologie zoals pons- en snijprocessen, gereedschapsstaal, coatings en verbindingstechnieken
  • Interesse in digitalisering, automatisatie en nieuwe technologieën
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler
