Voor een organisatie die instaat voor het beheer en de ontwikkeling van de Vlaamse nutsinfrastructuur zijn we op zoek naar een Ontwerper Riolering voor de regio Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant en de Kempen. In deze rol ondersteun je het diensthoofd Netbeheer Netwerkontwikkeling Riolering bij de adviesverlening rond verkavelingen, bouwdossiers en complexe rioleringsvraagstukken.

  • Je bent een technisch aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten, externe partijen en interne collega's en geeft advies over de aansluitbaarheid en hydraulische aspecten van verschillende projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt de regio-ingenieur bij rioleringsprojecten en je werkt samen met andere experten riolering.
  • Je geeft advies in het kader van verkavelingen met nieuwe wegenis en verkavelingen langs bestaande, uitgeruste wegen.
  • Je beoordeelt de aansluitbaarheid van nieuwe verkavelingen op het bestaande rioleringsnet.
  • Je geeft advies over huisaansluitingen tijdens de bouwaanvraagfase en bij de realisatie.
  • Je adviseert gemeenten en externe partijen bij bouwaanvragen voor appartementen, handelspanden, kmo’s en industriële projecten.
  • Je voert hydraulische controles uit bij complexe bouwdossiers, onder meer voor diepe aansluitingen, leidingdiameters, buffering en infiltratie.
  • Je ondersteunt de regio-ingenieur bij rioleringsprojecten door plannen en technische dossiers na te kijken.
  • Je helpt mee bij de opmaak van subsidieaanvragen in AWIS voor rioleringsprojecten.
  • Je controleert afkoppelingen op privéterrein, met specifieke aandacht voor diepe aansluitingen.
  • Je beoordeelt en keurt eventuele uitzonderingen binnen afkoppelingsdossiers goed.
  • Je controleert de aansluitbaarheid en technische haalbaarheid van projecten in de omgeving van bestaande wegenis.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het diensthoofd Netbeheer Netwerkontwikkeling Riolering en de andere experten binnen riolering.
  • Je formuleert duidelijke technische adviezen voor interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Beschik je over een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen bouwkunde, civiele techniek, waterbouw, infrastructuur of een vergelijkbare richting?
  • Heb je ervaring met of een sterke interesse in riolering, hydraulica en infrastructuurprojecten?
  • Ben je iemand met inzicht in rioleringsnetwerken, aansluitingen en hydraulische vraagstukken?
  • Kun je technische plannen en dossiers analyseren en complexe informatie vertalen naar een helder en onderbouwd advies?
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met oog voor technische details?
  • Communiceer je vlot met gemeenten, studiebureaus, aannemers en interne collega's?
  • Werk je zelfstandig en stem je tegelijkertijd regelmatig af met experten en de regio-ingenieur?
  • Ben je analytisch sterk en denk je oplossingsgericht?
  • Heb je interesse in een functie waarin technische expertise en adviesverlening centraal staan?
