TenBa BV, Bakkerij Advies | Taxatie | Realisatie is hét onafhankelijke adviesbureau voor ambachtelijke en industriële bakkerijen in binnen- en buitenland. TenBa adviseert en begeleid bakkerijen op het gebied van bakkerijtechniek, technische investeringsvraagstukken, ver- en nieuwbouw, taxaties, productie optimalisatie en bakkerij gerelateerde facilitaire en huisvestings- diensten. Door aanhoudende groei en ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken wij een: Ontwerper Slimme Bakkerijen (32-40 uur) Je functie Een moderne bakkerij draait allang niet meer alleen om ovens en machines. AI, robots, slimme camera's, sensoren, autonoom transport, energieopslag en automatisering worden steeds belangrijker. En daar kom jij in beeld! Jij onderzoekt hoe we nieuwe technologie écht kunnen toepassen in een bakkerij. Niet alleen erover praten of een mooi ontwerp maken: jij helpt het van eerste idee naar een werkende oplossing. De ene keer werk je aan een wifi-, toegangs- of camerasysteem voor een nieuwe bakkerij. De volgende keer onderzoek je autonoom transport, AI, robots, energieopslag of een technologie die we vandaag misschien nog niet eens gebruiken. Je brengt in kaart wat nodig is, maakt samen met onze adviseurs het voorontwerp, vraagt offertes op, schakelt met leveranciers en begeleidt de implementatie. Je installeert het niet zelf. Je zorgt wél dat het uiteindelijk werkt. Je werkt vanaf ons kantoor in Wageningen aan echte projecten. Soms ga je mee naar een klant of leverancier. Je leert het vak vooral door het te doen: eerst samen met ervaren bakkerijadviseurs, daarna steeds zelfstandiger. En ontdek jij iets waarvan je denkt: waarom doen we hier nog niets mee? Dan krijg je de ruimte om dat uit te zoeken en praktisch toepasbaar te maken. Wie zoeken we?
