Ben jij geboeid door de technische complexiteit achter gebouwen? Als Projectleider Gebouwentechnieken werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten in onder meer zorg, onderwijs, sport, kantoren en (semi-)industrie. Je combineert technische expertise met projectverantwoordelijkheid: van concept en ontwerp tot aanbesteding, uitvoering en opvolging op de werf. Samen met collega’s en klanten zoek je naar slimme, duurzame en toekomstgerichte oplossingen voor gebouwentechnieken.

Taken:

  • Je bent betrokken bij het ontwerp van technische installaties (elektriciteit, HVAC, beveiliging, sanitair, liften, sprinklers, …) in gebouwen (administratieve gebouwen, de zorgsector (woonzorgcentra, assistentiewoningen, ziekenhuizen), onderwijsgebouwen, sportinfrastructuur, residentiële gebouwen, bibliotheken, parkeergebouwen, (semi-)industriële gebouwen, dienstencentra, distributie, retail, …
  • Je werkt mee aan het implementeren van concepten en het uitwerken van aanbestedings- en uitvoeringsdossiers en volgt mee de werken in uitvoering op
  • Je staat in voor het verzamelen, ontwikkelen en delen van kennis en expertise binnen je vakgebied
  • Je houdt ervan trends, evoluties en innovaties binnen het domein ‘Gebouwentechnieken’ op te volgen
  • Je fungeert als technisch expert en in het kader hiervan neem je deel aan de diverse vormen van project- en technisch overleg (zowel intern als extern)
  • Je treedt op als projectverantwoordelijke binnen een lopend project of contract, waarvan het zwaartepunt binnen je kennisdomein ligt
  • …
  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma architectuur, bouwkunde, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan terugkijken minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een studieomgeving
  • Je werkt probleemoplossend en hebt een cijfermatig inzicht
  • Kwaliteit, rendabiliteit en veiligheid staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis zelfstandigheid en creativiteit om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen
  • Je bent communicatief en gedreven
  • Je combineert verantwoordelijkheidszin met accuraatheid en een flexibele ingesteldheid, zonder aandacht te verliezen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed
