- Werken bij de RET - Opslaan voor later Solliciteren Job ID 1442 Publicatiedatum 09/17/2026 Jij zorgt ervoor dat mechanische ontwerpen technisch kloppen en in de praktijk goed uitvoerbaar zijn. Binnen de RET werken we aan uiteenlopende technische projecten waarbij mechanische installaties en constructies een belangrijke rol spelen. Als Ontwerpleider Mechanica zorg jij ervoor dat technische disciplines goed op elkaar aansluiten en dat ontwerpkeuzes zorgvuldig worden gemaakt. Binnen het Ingenieursbureau van de RET werk je aan projecten rondom de technische installaties en infrastructuur van de RET. Als Ontwerpleider Mechanica geef je richting aan de mechanische engineering binnen projecten. Je brengt verschillende technische specialisten bij elkaar, bewaakt de samenhang tussen ontwerpen en zorgt ervoor dat technische vraagstukken tijdig worden opgepakt. Je hoeft daarbij niet zelf op ieder onderdeel de specialist te zijn. Jouw kracht ligt in het organiseren van het ontwerp, het herkennen van afhankelijkheden en het maken van duidelijke technische keuzes. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, projectmanagers, assetbeheerders, opdrachtnemers en opdrachtgevers. Je houdt overzicht over de voortgang en kwaliteit van de engineering en zorgt ervoor dat mechanische oplossingen aansluiten op de andere technische disciplines en de bestaande RET-installaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor - Het functioneel aansturen en coördineren van de mechanische engineering binnen projecten. - Het vertalen van projectdoelstellingen naar duidelijke technische werkzaamheden, ontwerpen, producten en mijlpalen. - Het bewaken van de samenhang tussen mechanische ontwerpen en andere technische disciplines, inclusief technische eisen, interfaces en ontwerpkeuzes. - Het bewaken van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van de engineering en het tijdig signaleren van technische risico's, knelpunten en wijzigingen. - Het adviseren van projectmanagers en stakehold...
