Als Ontwerpleider Woningrenovatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het ontwerpproces bij grootschalige renovatieprojecten in de woningbouw. Je werkt samen met opdrachtgevers, ontwerpers, kostendeskundigen, duurzaamheidsspecialisten en uitvoerende partijen om tot een helder en uitvoerbaar plan te komen. Je denkt mee over scenario's, maakt keuzes op het gebied van materialen, technieken en kosten, en toetst de uitvoerbaarheid van het ontwerp. Je begeleidt het proces tot aan de contractfase, waarna je het project overdraagt aan het uitvoeringsteam. Je bekijkt ontwerpen kritisch vanuit het perspectief van de uitvoering, maar het daadwerkelijke tekenwerk behoort niet tot je taken. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, waarbij je rekening houdt met de wensen van bewoners en opdrachtgevers, en zorgt voor een soepele samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende partijen te verbinden - Grondige kennis van bouwregelgeving en bouwtechnieken binnen woningrenovatie - Ruime ervaring met het begeleiden van renovatieprojecten in de woningbouw, bij voorkeur vanuit het perspectief van de aannemer - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in bouwkunde, projectmanagement, bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar niveau - Doortastend, vasthoudend en in staat om professioneel om te gaan met weerstand - Flexibel en oplossingsgericht denken Functieoverzicht .
