Dat zie je terug in hun focus op vormgeving, architectuur en duurzaamheid. Niet alleen van het eindproduct, maar van de volledige levenscyclus van een gebouw. Being is dan ook niet zomaar een ontwikkelaar; zij zijn een lifecycle developer. Naast Being Development richtten de oprichters Being Asset Management op, waarmee de hele cyclus wordt gesloten: van greenfield tot na gebruik. Dit dwingt het team om in de ontwikkelfase bewuster keuzes te maken. Soms gaat het om risicodragend investeren in nieuwe binnenstedelijke projecten. De lijn is altijd dezelfde: verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het geheel. Being focust uitsluitend op complexe binnenstedelijke projecten. Denk aan ambitieuze panden in hartje Amsterdam, waarbij inpassing en ontwerp even zwaar wegen als rendement. Met een team van circa 20 mensen, een eigen acquisitieteam, een financieel team en een eigen marketing- en communicatieafdeling heeft Being de kracht van een grote speler, met de wendbaarheid en cultuur van een boutique. Werken bij Being betekent werken in een output-driven omgeving waar je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Je werkt aan toffe, ambitieuze projecten en samen met mensen die echt het verschil willen maken. Wat je gaat doen Als Ontwikkelaar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig draaien van minstens één volledig project. Van initiatief tot en met oplevering. Je weet hoe alle stappen in een ontwikkelproces werken en je haalt energie uit het overzicht houden over een complex geheel. Je werkt nauw samen met de senior ontwikkelaars, het acquisitieteam en externe stakeholders.
