Vakgebied Digitalisering en ict Werk- en denkniveau Hbo Bouw mee aan datagedreven werken in een gemeente die in beweging is. Hoe zorg je ervoor dat data niet ergens in een dashboard blijft staan, maar écht helpt om betere keuzes te maken? Dat is precies waar jij als BI Consultant / Ontwikkelaar bij de gemeente Meppel het verschil maakt. Wij zoeken een enthousiaste medior BI-professional die graag de combinatie maakt tussen techniek, advies en de organisatie. Iemand die niet zomaar bouwt wat er gevraagd wordt, maar doorvraagt: welk probleem willen we eigenlijk oplossen? Welke informatie is daarvoor nodig? En hoe zorgen we ervoor dat mensen er vervolgens ook echt mee gaan werken? Je krijgt bij ons veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken én om het BI-landschap verder vorm te geven. Van het ontwikkelen van datamodellen en dashboards tot het adviseren van collega's en het verbeteren van onze manier van werken. Een functie dus waarin je techniek combineert met zichtbare impact op de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als BI Consultant / Ontwikkelaar ben je een belangrijke schakel in het datagedreven werken van gemeente Meppel. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en vertaalt hun informatiebehoefte naar oplossingen die inzicht geven en aanzetten tot actie. Je bent daarbij zowel adviseur als ontwikkelaar. Je denkt mee over de vraag achter de vraag, brengt structuur aan en zorgt vervolgens dat ideeën daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren over beleidsstukken en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze visie op datagedreven werken. - Vertalen van ambities naar concrete BI-projecten en verbeteringen. - Zelfstandig afstemmen van je projectportfolio met verschillende stakeholders en daarin duidelijke prioriteiten stellen. - Collega's meenemen in het hele ontwikkelproces: van behoeftebepaling en ontwerp tot testen, implementatie en gebruik. - Verder professionaliseren en standaardiseren van...
