- Werken bij SSR - Wat we bieden Ontwikkelaar e-learning 'Kort geding ' SSR is het opleidingsinstituut van de rechterlijke organisatie. Door bij SSR te doceren, draag je bij aan de professionele ontwikkeling van medewerkers van de Rechtspraak en/of het Openbaar Ministerie. Ben je vakinhoudelijk sterk en ben je in staat deze kennis over te brengen? Lees dan verder. Wat je gaat doen We zoeken een ontwikkelaar uit de Rechtspraak die, samen met de lector en cursusmanager, een e-learning Kort geding ontwikkelt. De e-learning is bedoeld als voorbereiding op de cursus kort geding in handelszaken en de cursus kort geding in het familierecht. In de rol van ontwikkelaar stel je lesmateriaal samen over met name de procesrechtelijke aspecten van een kort geding: wat zijn de vereisten voor het treffen van een voorlopige voorziening? Wanneer is een partij op de juiste manier verschenen in kort geding? Wat kan in kort geding worden toegewezen en wat niet? Je maakt teksten, (toets)vragen, uitleg en opdrachten bij de (basis)leerstof. Vragen en opdrachten kunnen variëren van meerkeuzevragen tot invulschema's, waarbij wij je onderwijskundig ondersteunen. De afdeling iSSR zorgt voor het vormgeven en de technische verwerking in de e-learningsoftware. Met de e-learning leggen deelnemers zelfstandig en op een zelf gekozen moment een gelijke kennisbasis ter voorbereiding op de cursussen Kort geding en Kort geding familierecht . Daarnaast zal de e-learning ook losstaand te raadplegen zijn. Omdat de e-learning ook bedoeld is als voorbereiding voor de cursus voor familierecht, zullen mogelijk ook enkele familierechtelijke onderwerpen aan bod moeten komen, zoals de belangrijke verschillen tussen de verzoekschriftprocedure en kort geding. Wat we van je vragen Je bent werkzaam als rechter, raadsheer, (senior) gerechtsjurist of juridisch adviseur en hebt ervaring met kort gedingen (familierecht). Je wilt graag bijdragen aan de professionele ontwikkeling...
