Heb je ervaring binnen verzekeringen en wil je een rol waarin je zowel commercieel als administratief het verschil maakt? Dan kan deze functie als Ontzorger Verzekeringen in Zwijndrecht precies zijn wat je zoekt.

Voor een groeiend en mensgericht verzekeringskantoor zoeken we een veelzijdige medewerker die klanten begeleidt bij zowel polisbeheer als schadebeheer. Je bent het aanspreekpunt waarop klanten kunnen rekenen wanneer het echt belangrijk wordt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Ontzorger Verzekeringen ben je de vertrouwenspersoon voor particulieren en ondernemingen. Je zoekt mee naar oplossingen, begeleidt klanten bij vragen en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct en efficiënt worden opgevolgd.
  • Je combineert commerciële contacten met administratieve opvolging en schadebeheer.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Klanten adviseren rond verzekeringen en financiële oplossingen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van polisdossiers
  • Opvolgen van schadegevallen van aangifte tot afhandeling
  • Onderhandelen met verzekeraars, experten en andere betrokken partijen
  • Klanten begeleiden en informeren tijdens het volledige traject
  • Actief meedenken over de beste oplossing voor elke situatie
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren binnen bestaande klantenrelaties
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met particulieren en bedrijven
  • Administratieve verwerking van dossiers
  • Samenwerken met collega's en externe partners
  • Geen standaard verzekeringsfunctie, maar een rol waarin je echt het verschil maakt voor klanten.
  • Verzekeringstechnische of financiële opleiding
  • Ervaring binnen verzekeringen is een sterke troef
  • Sterke interesse in polisbeheer en schadebeheer
  • Klantgerichte en empathische ingesteldheid
  • Vlotte communicatievaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt
  • Commercieel inzicht en overtuigingskracht
  • Bereidheid om permanent bij te leren
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid bij dringende dossiers
  • Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk werken
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de ruime regio van Zwijndrecht
