Als medewerker van ons flexteam spring je in waar dat nodig is. Dit betekent dat je jouw passie voor de ouderenzorg inzet op verschillende afdelingen binnen Huize Het Oosten. Iedere dag en elke afdeling is weer anders, en dat maakt het werken in ons flexteam juist zo afwisselend en interessant! Jouw werkzaamheden sluiten naadloos aan op jouw kennis en niveau. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de ADL-zorg, deelt medicatie uit en brengt gezelligheid. Tegelijkertijd blijf je jouw vakkennis op peil houden én krijg je de kans om via ons door te groeien. Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde opleiding Helpende Zorg en Welzijn (niveau 2) met de aanvullende Plus-module voor medicatiedeling; - Je past je snel aan in een nieuwe omgeving en vindt het leuk om op verschillende afdelingen te staan; - Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en draagt graag bij aan een fijne dag voor onze bewoners. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een contract tot maximaal 32 uur per week. Jij bepaalt zelf wanneer en hoeveel uren je werkt! - Een goed salaris conform de CAO VVT (FWG 30, tussen € 2.599,21 en € 3.410,16 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring). - Maar liefst 35% korting in ons eigen restaurant! - 8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering, een uitstekende pensioenregeling en een fiscaal aantrekkelijk fietsplan. - Werken in een moderne, ruim opgezette locatie gelegen in een prachtig eigen park in Bilthoven.
