Übernahme der kompletten OP-Organisation im Tagesgeschäft

Abstimmung des geplante OP-Programm und der vorhandenen Kapazitäten mit beteiligten Abteilungsleitern.

Regelmäßige Erstellung von OP-Reports und Auswertungen bei speziellen Fragestellungen

Koordination der OP-Abläufe und Arbeits-/Dienstzeitregelungen in Abstimmung mit den Chefärzten der Abteilungen unseres operativen Bereichs sowie den pflegerischen Leitungen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung und/oder Medizincontrolling, möglichst als OP-Manager (m/w/d) oder OP-Koordinator (m/w/d)

Routiniertes, motivierendes Management interdisziplinärer Teams sowie Erfahrung in der berufsgruppenübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- sowie Organisationsfähigkeit insbesondere auch bezüglich der Dienstplan- und Arbeitszeitorganisation

Erfahrung im OP-Controlling und Kenntnisse relevanter Software

Bitte beachten Sie die geltenden Nachweispflichten aufgrund des Infektionsschutzgesetzes als Einstellungsvoraussetzung.

Perspektivisch erwartet wird, das Erlangen eines spanischen Sprachniveau auf dem B2 Niveau.

Hierzu finden außerhalb der Arbeitszeiten für den Arbeitnehmer kostenlose Möglichkeiten in Sprachinstituten statt, um die Spanische Sprache anzueignen. Die Bereitschaft, dieser Sprache zu lernen, ist wesentliche Verpflichtung des Arbeitsvertrages. Es wird angestrebt diese sprachliche Kenntnis binnen 24 Monate auf B2 Niveau zuschließen.

Es wird ein verhandlungssicheres sowie gute Fachkenntnisse in der englischen Sprache erwartet, mindestens B2.

Die notwendige berufliche Anerkennung und Titulierung der deutschen Zulassung und Ausbildungseignung beziehungsweise akademischen Grad werden wir durch eine spezialisierte Rechtsanwaltskanzlei in Madrid veranlassen und übernehmen.

Für eine Unterkunft kann bis zu sechs Monate gesorgt werden.

Die Vergütung wird für die ersten zwei Jahre sich über dem spanischen Durchschnitt bewegen, allerdings berücksichtigen, dass noch die spanische Berufsausübungerlaubnis nicht vorliegt, mit Beginn des Arbeitsverhältnis wird jedoch zugesagt mit Eintreten des B2 Sprachniveaus und der Homologierung und Anerkennung des Berufsabschlusses in Spanien unmittelbar das Gehalt zu erhöhen.
