The posting

Forum Jobs recherche pour une entreprise situé à Furnes, spécialisé dans les technologies invisibles pour l'habitat, destinées notamment à des projets d'architecture haut de gamme, un opérateur CNC.

Vos missions :

  • Vous réglez, programmez et utilisez des fraiseuses CNC pour la production de pièces de précision en laiton.
  • Vous traduisez les plans techniques en programmes CNC et déterminez les outils et les paramètres machines appropriés.
  • Vous accompagnez le processus de production, du premier prototype jusqu’à la production en série.
  • Vous effectuez des contrôles qualité à l’aide de différents instruments de mesure et veillez au respect des tolérances prescrites.
  • Vous travaillez en permanence à l’optimisation des processus, notamment en réduisant les temps de réglage et les temps de cycle et en limitant les pertes de production.

Profil recherché(e) :

  • Vous disposez d’une formation technique en mécanique ou avez un niveau équivalent grâce à votre expérience.
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en fraisage CNC et/ou en tournage CNC.
  • Vous savez programmer des machines CNC, aussi bien directement sur la machine qu’à l’aide d’un logiciel CAM/FAO.
  • Vous êtes familiarisé avec des commandes numériques telles que Fanuc, Siemens ou Heidenhain.
  • Vous lisez facilement les plans techniques et avez une bonne compréhension des tolérances et des états de surface.
