Nous recherchons des opérateurs motivés pour une entreprise de référence et stable située à Wielksbeke. Vous n’avez pas encore d’expérience en tant qu’opérateur ? Pas de problème ! La motivation, la soif d’apprendre et une bonne attitude au travail sont bien plus importantes à nos yeux.

Vos missions

En tant qu’opérateur, vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement du processus de production. Vos missions consistent notamment à :

  • Régler et surveiller les machines de production
  • Contrôler la qualité des produits
  • Emballer les produits finis si nécessaire
  • Participer à la réflexion sur les améliorations à apporter au processus de production
  • Intervenir en temps utile lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire pour obtenir un résultat optimal
  • Veiller à l’ordre, à la propreté et à la sécurité sur le lieu de travailµ

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes minutieux(se) et soucieux(se) de la qualité
  • Vous avez le souci de l’ordre et de la propreté
  • Vous êtes motivé(e) et avez envie d’apprendre
  • Vous avez un véritable esprit d’équipe
  • Vous travaillez de manière proactive et faites preuve d’initiative
  • Vous faites preuve de respect envers vos collègues, le matériel et le lieu de travail
  • Vous êtes disposé(e) à travailler selon un système de rotation en 5 équipes
