Wij zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde operators voor een toonaangevend en stabiel bedrijf in Avelgem. Heb je nog geen ervaring als operator? Geen probleem! Motivatie, leergierigheid en een goede werkhouding zijn voor ons veel belangrijker!

Je taken:

-Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel verlopen van het productieproces. Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:

-Het instellen en bewaken van de productiemachines

-Het controleren van de kwaliteit van de producten

-Het verpakken van de eindproducten indien nodig

-Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces

-Tijdig ingrijpen wanneer dat nodig is om een optimaal resultaat te behalen

-Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek
