Forum Food Mouscron recherche un opérateur de ligne de production motivé et rigoureux, pour entreprise reconnue dans le secteur agroalimentaire.

Dans ce rôle, vous êtes responsable de la préparation et de la réalisation des commandes clients, dans le respect des normes de qualité, de sécurité alimentaire et des délais. Vous assurez la mise en route et le bon fonctionnement des installations de production, pouvant gérer une à deux lignes simultanément.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Installer, démarrer, régler, surveiller et arrêter les lignes de production via un panneau de commande et un écran informatique
  • Adapter les installations de production (ajout ou remplacement de cuves de mélange, manipulation de bouteilles de CO2 et d’outils manuels)
  • Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau : débouchage, interventions manuelles, nettoyage à l’eau et à haute pression
  • Superviser le déchargement des matières premières, notamment le chocolat liquide
  • Effectuer des contrôles qualité à l’aide d’instruments de mesure et par inspection visuelle
  • Assurer les opérations sur les lignes d’emballage : mise en place des sacs, scellage et application des adhésifs
  • Vous disposez d’au moins deux ans d’expérience sur des équipements automatisés
  • Une expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise des normes d’hygiène sont des atouts importants
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’utilisation d’un ordinateur et de ses outils périphériques
