Êtes-vous un coach d'équipe né, doté d'une expérience dans un environnement de production ? Pour la zone à haut risque au sein du département charcuterie, nous recherchons un responsable de ligne d'emballage qui prendra la direction d'une ligne d'emballage de produits carnés prêts à consommer.

Vous alliez des compétences techniques à un esprit pratique et veillez à ce que la ligne fonctionne de manière efficace, en toute sécurité et selon les normes de qualité les plus strictes. Dans cet environnement où l’hygiène est primordiale, la précision et le respect rigoureux des procédures sont essentiels.

En quoi consiste le poste ?

  • Réglage, mise en route et suivi de la ligne de conditionnement des produits carnés prêts à consommer.
  • Ouvrir et positionner correctement les emballages dans la machine.
  • Contrôler les emballages, l'étiquetage et la quantité.
  • Participer activement au fonctionnement de la ligne et apporter un soutien pratique si nécessaire.
  • Diriger et motiver une équipe de 3 à 5 collaborateurs.
  • Appliquer et veiller strictement au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité dans la zone à haut risque.
  • Signaler et rendre compte des anomalies techniques ou opérationnelles.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans un environnement d'emballage ou de production.
  • Vous êtes disposé(e) à travailler selon un système de travail en 2 équipes.
  • Vous avez des connaissances techniques et de l'expérience dans le réglage des lignes de production.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, mais vous avez également un excellent esprit d'équipe et de bonnes compétences en communication.
  • Vous êtes précis(e), organisé(e) et vous savez prendre vos responsabilités.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec le port de vêtements de protection et le respect de règles d'hygiène strictes.
