Avez-vous de l'expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire et aimez-vous prendre en charge votre propre machine ? Pour un site de production dans le domaine de la transformation de la viande (dinde), nous recherchons un opérateur de pré-transformation qui aime travailler sur le terrain et contribue au bon déroulement du processus de production.

Vous serez chargé(e) de la transformation de la viande dans un environnement réfrigéré et veillerez à ce que tout se déroule correctement, en toute sécurité et conformément au planning. La qualité, l’hygiène et la sécurité sont au cœur de cette mission.

En quoi consiste le poste ?

  • Utiliser, régler et surveiller les machines de pré-transformation.
  • Contrôler la qualité de la viande crue et vérifier que sa transformation est effectuée correctement.
  • Respecter scrupuleusement les recettes et les consignes de production.
  • Enregistrer les données relatives aux produits et appliquer correctement les procédures.
  • Intervenir activement lorsque cela est nécessaire pour assurer le bon déroulement du processus de production.
  • Veiller à l’ordre, à la propreté, à l’hygiène et à la sécurité sur le lieu de travail.
  • Une expérience dans l'industrie agroalimentaire ou de la viande est requise.
  • Vous faites preuve de sens technique et assumez la responsabilité de votre travail.
  • Vous avez l'esprit pratique et savez travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu'en équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement de travail froid et ne reculez pas devant les tâches physiques.
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et êtes prêt(e) à donner un coup de main lorsque cela est nécessaire.
