Pour notre partenaire, entreprise spécialisée dans l'usinage de précision et la fabrication de pièces techniques à Charleroi, nous recherchons un Opérateur / Programmeur CNC

Votre mission

En tant qu'Opérateur / Programmeur CNC, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la fabrication de pièces mécaniques de haute précision destinées à différents secteurs industriels.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Programmer, régler et piloter des machines à commandes numériques (CNC).
  • Lire et interpréter les plans techniques et les dossiers de fabrication.
  • Sélectionner les outils et définir les paramètres d'usinage adéquats.
  • Réaliser les opérations de tournage, fraisage et usinage selon les spécifications demandées.
  • Contrôler la qualité des pièces produites à l'aide d'instruments de mesure.
  • Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires afin de garantir la conformité des pièces.
  • Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de qualité, de sécurité et des délais de production.
  • Vous disposez d'une formation en usinage, mécanique industrielle ou équivalent.
  • Vous possédez une expérience en tant qu'opérateur et/ou programmeur CNC.
  • Vous maîtrisez la lecture de plans techniques.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les logiciels de programmation CNC.
  • Vous faites preuve de précision, de rigueur et d'autonomie.
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Une expérience en tournage et/ou fraisage est un réel atout.
