Notre client recherche un Opérateur Régleur motivé pour assurer le montage des outillages, le réglage des équipements de production et le suivi de la fabrication.

En tant qu'Opérateur Régleur, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement de la production.

  • Monter et régler les outillages sur les machines de production.
  • Assurer le démarrage et l'optimisation des réglages pour garantir une production de qualité.
  • Effectuer les contrôles qualité et compléter les documents de suivi.
  • Identifier et signaler toute anomalie de production.
  • Participer à la production en respectant les consignes de qualité et de sécurité.
  • Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements.
  • Démonter, contrôler et ranger les outillages en fin de production.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et au maintien d'un environnement de travail propre et sécurisé.
  • Formation ou expérience en technique.
  • Expérience en réglage de machines ou de presses industrielles.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la lecture de plans, d'instructions techniques et des contrôles qualité.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques sur le terrain.
  • Sensibilité particulière aux normes de qualité, de sécurité et aux bonnes pratiques de production.
