The posting

Pour l’un de nos clients spécialisé dans la fabrication de pièces métalliques de haute précision, nous recherchons un Opérateur tôlerie et découpe laser afin de renforcer son équipe située à Nivelles.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Programmer, régler et mettre au point les machines de découpe laser.
  • Programmer et régler les presses plieuses à commande numérique.
  • Réaliser le montage des outils et assurer la mise au point des machines.
  • Assurer la production de différentes pièces métalliques découpées et/ou pliées.
  • Vérifier les premières pièces produites et effectuer les contrôles qualité nécessaires.
  • Utiliser différents outils de contrôle tels que le pied à coulisse, le micromètre, les gabarits et le projecteur de profil.
  • Effectuer l’entretien courant des machines et des outils.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité et des procédures de production.

Votre profil:

  • Vous disposez d’une formation orientée mécanique ou électromécanique.
  • Vous avez une première expérience ou une réelle affinité avec le travail des pièces métalliques.
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en lecture de plans techniques.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience en découpe laser, poinçonnage et/ou pliage.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de contrôle de production.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, précis et attentif à la qualité de votre travail.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez d’un bon relationnel.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais.
