Vous aimez créer des pièces uniques ou en petite série à partir de matière brute ? En tant qu’Opérateur·trice / Programmeur·euse Tour CNC, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fabrication de composants de haute précision pour les secteurs de la défense et du médical. Vous intégrerez une entreprise familiale stable qui mise sur l’expertise, le travail d’équipe et l’évolution à long terme.

Votre journée débutera par la préparation et la découpe de la matière selon les plans techniques. Vous serez chargé·e de régler et d’utiliser les tours CNC (Mazak, DMG, MONFORT), de programmer les machines (langages Siemens ou Heidenhain) et d’ajuster les paramètres pour garantir la qualité et la précision. Vous surveillerez les opérations d’usinage, contrôlerez les pièces produites (dimensions, tolérances, finitions) et assurerez le suivi documentaire de la production. Polyvalence et adaptabilité sont essentielles : vous interviendrez tant sur des prototypes que sur des petites séries.

  • Expérience confirmée en tant qu’opérateur·trice sur tour CNC, avec 2 à 5 ans en usinage de précision
  • Maîtrise de la programmation et du réglage de machines CNC (Mazak, DMG, MONFORT, Siemens ou Heidenhain)
  • Excellente lecture et compréhension de plans techniques
  • Respect strict des consignes de sécurité en atelier
  • Sens aigu du détail et de la précision dimensionnelle
  • Esprit de responsabilité, rigueur et souci du travail bien fait
  • Autonomie et esprit d’initiative
  • Polyvalence sur différents types de production
  • Envie d’apprendre, de progresser et de s’investir sur la durée
  • Esprit d’équipe et adhésion aux valeurs de l’entreprise
  • Diplôme de niveau secondaire supérieur ou expérience équivalente
  • Niveau de carrière intermédiaire
