Poskytovanie citlivej a profesionálnej opatrovateľskej starostlivosti o mobilných a imobilných klientov nášho zariadenia podľa stanovených štandardov.

Zabezpečovanie odborného plánovania, realizácie a dokumentovania opatrovateľskej starostlivosti prostredníctvom opatrovateľského procesu a metodickej príručky RDS.

Pozícia je otvorená pre plný aj skrátený pracovný úväzok. Uchádzačom ponúkame možnosť výberu z troch modelov pracovných zmien:

8-hodinový pracovný režim: Práca výhradne počas pracovných dní (pondelok – piatok), v rozsahu 37,5 hodín týždenne.

12-hodinový režim (iba denné zmeny): Práca v dennom režime, v rozsahu 36,25 hodín týždenne.

12-hodinový režim (nepretržitá prevádzka): Kombinácia denných a nočných zmien, v rozsahu 35 hodín týždenne.

V našom zariadení má každý zamestnanec jasne vymedzenú svoju pracovnú náplň. Pani upratovačky sa venujú upratovaniu, sestry zabezpečujú ošetrovateľskú starostlivosť a podávanie liekov. Pomocní pracovníci na zdravotnom úseku pripravujú stravu a na úseku pôsobia aj fyzioterapeuti. Opatrovateľ/ka sa venuje výhradne svojej pracovnej náplni – najmä pomoci klientom pri bežných denných činnostiach. Zakladáme si na tímovej spolupráci, jasných kompetenciách a rešpektovaní práce každého člena tímu.
