All About Work Specialistisch Advies -Tunnelonderhoud VDLG Groningen Over de functie mag 260928-MSB-001 Je levert specialistisch advies voor het onderhoud van de verdiepte ligging in de ring Groningen binnen een dynamische beheer- en onderhoudsomgeving. Je richt je op contractbeheer, toetsing, prestatieverklaringen, wijzigingsovereenkomsten en documentbeoordeling, met speciale aandacht voor het in- en uitfaseren van tunneltechnische installaties. Daarbij weeg je consequent de gevolgen voor veiligheid, tijd, geld en verkeershinder mee. Je werkt zelfstandig en resultaatgericht, in nauwe afstemming met contractmanagement en andere betrokken stakeholders. Met jouw expertise draag je adviserend bij aan het realiseren van de projectdoelstellingen binnen het onderhoud van tunnels. Wat ga je doen - Je stelt het contractbeheersplan VDLG op en werkt dit bij voor de periode oktober 2026 tot en met 2029. - Je stelt 2 keer per jaar de SCB-toetsplanning vast. - Je stelt 4 keer per jaar toetsevaluaties vast en adviseert schriftelijk over het bijstellen van risico's. - Je stelt de agenda op voor het tweewekelijkse interne overleg VDLG NN en verzorgt de tweewekelijkse verslaglegging in een besluitenlijst. - Je beoordeelt en stelt verbetervoorstellen en investeringsvoorstellen vast, met input van technisch adviseurs en beheerders. - Je stelt 2 keer per jaar de prestatiemeting op met de opdrachtnemer en zit het overleg over de uitkomsten voor. - Je stelt 12 keer per jaar de onderbouwing op van de prestatieverklaring voor vast onderhoud. - Je stelt 6 keer per jaar de onderbouwing op van de prestatieverklaring voor verrekenbare werkzaamheden. - Je beoordeelt circa 15 wijzigingsovereenkomsten per jaar voor extra werkzaamheden en laat deze vaststellen door de projectmanager of portfoliomanager. - Je stelt wijzigingsovereenkomsten op en laat deze vaststellen voor het uitfaseren en infaseren van technische installaties die door een andere opdrachtnemer w...
