Gemaakt voor de Techniek Het opleidingstraject Gemaakt voor de Techniek is een samenwerking tussen de overheid, ondernemers en het onderwijs. De samenwerking die JAWS met deze partijen heeft gesloten is uniek en onderscheidend. We leveren namelijk geen standaard product, maar zorgen voor maatwerk. Om dit traject mogelijk te maken zijn met diverse gemeenten afspraken gemaakt om geschikte kandidaten te selecteren (bijvoorbeeld mensen met een WW-uitkering), die geheel op maat een technische opleiding kunnen volgen. De scholingskosten hiervan zijn volledig voor rekening van JAWS. Bij bovenstaande opleidingen zal je o.a. de volgende aanvullende certificaten behalen: - VCA - Heftruckcertificaat - Metaalbewerking (indien van toepassing) - Tekening lezen (indien van toepassing) Traject Hoe ziet een dergelijk traject er dan uit? Allereerst analyseren wij samen met u de behoefte, waarna wij een gedegen profiel opstellen en een uitgebreide voorselectie opzetten. Bij de selectie houden wij rekening met de motivatie van de kandidaat, het werk-/ en denkniveau en de technische achtergrond, hetzij in opleiding en/of werkervaring. Dit alles in nauwe samenwerking met het opleidingsinstituut en uiteraard u als opdrachtgever. In de basis zal de kandidaat 2 tot 3 maanden een opleiding gaan volgen, waarna hij/zij 2 tot 3 maanden stage zal gaan lopen. De kandidaat behoudt gedurende deze 4 tot 6 maanden zijn/haar uitkering vanuit het UWV. Er is ook een variant mogelijk waarbij de kandidaat gedurende 4 tot 6 maanden gaat leren in combinatie met het werken in de praktijk (de stage). De kandidaat zal dan bijvoorbeeld 4 dagen in de praktijk werkzaam zijn en 1 dag in de week theorie volgen. Dit uiteraard ook met behoud van de uitkering. Tevens is de kandidaat vrijgesteld van de sollicitatieplicht gedurende deze periode. De opdrachtgever betaalt gedurende de stageperiode enkel een kleine vergoeding voor de inzet van de kandidaat.
