Ontwikkeling en Uitvoering: Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, opstellen en uitvoeren van uitvoeringsbeleid of -plannen voor openbare verlichting en wegenonderhoud. Afstemmen van beleid met andere adviseurs en beleidsmedewerkers. Contracten en Aanbesteding: Opstellen van onderhoudscontracten. Begeleiden van het aanbestedingsproces. Advies en Projectleiding: Adviseren van de integraal projectleider over jouw vakgebied. Soms zelf uitvoeren van vervangingsprojecten. Onderhoud en Budgetbeheer: Verantwoordelijk voor dagelijks en groot onderhoud. Beheer van de planning, controlecyclus en budget op het gebied van wegen, openbare verlichting en verkeerbeheer (geen beleidsmatige focus). Teamleiding en Planning: Inhoudelijk aansturen van het 'kolom/subteam Grijs'. Bewaken van de planning en budgetten van het subteam. Dagelijkse begeleiding van het subteam; personele taken liggen bij de teamleider. Beheersystemen en Langetermijnplanning: Zorgen voor een up-to-date beheersysteem. Opstellen van een langetermijnplanning. Aanspreekpunt en Rapportage: Fungeren als intern en extern aanspreekpunt voor het beheer van verkeer en wegen (geen beleidsmatige focus). Informeren van het college en de raad, in overleg met de strategisch adviseur en teamleider. Schrijven van B&W-rapporten en raadvoorstellen, en verzorgen van voo...
