Onze opdrachtgever is een specialist in de verwerking van expandeerbare kunststoffen en heeft productielocaties in zowel Nederland als internationaal. Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 15 collega's op de productieafdeling, waar samenwerking en veiligheid centraal staan. De werkomgeving is warm door het productieproces, maar ook door de collegiale sfeer. Processen worden continu verbeterd, en jouw inbreng wordt daarin actief gewaardeerd. Functieomschrijving Als Machine Ombouwer bij onze opdrachtgever heb je een belangrijke rol, namelijk door de machines om te bouwen voor productwisselingen zodat jouw collega's een mooi product kunnen maken. De uitdaging? Ieder product heeft zijn eigen matrijs, welke in de machine wordt gemonteerd voordat er kan worden geproduceerd. Dagelijks neem je met jouw team de planning door, waarna je aan de slag kan als Machine Ombouwer met onder andere deze werkzaamheden: - Matrijzen monteren met hulpstukken en na opbouw afstellen van de productiematrijs en de machine - De juiste werking van de machine en hulpinstallaties controleren - Signaleren van onderhoud en reparatie - Kwaliteitscontroles - Preventief onderhoud Uiteraard hou jij als ervaren Machine Ombouwer de Arbo- en veiligheidsregels in acht en zorg je voor de administratieve afhandeling van de werkopdracht. De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in een 3-ploegendienst, 06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00 / 22.00 - 06.00 uur, waarbij de nachtdienst op zondagavond start. Functie-eisen - Ervaring met het instellen- en ombouwen van machines in een productie omgeving, bijvoorbeeld in de functie van Machine Ombouwer of (technisch) Operator - Beschikbaar voor een 3-ploegendienst - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Woonachtig binnen een straal van 25 kilometer rondom Ede, zoals Arnhem, Barneveld, Veenendaal en Wageningen Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een afwisselende en verantwoordelijke functie van Machine Ombouwer - Intentie tot een vast dienstverband...
