Mendix & AI - Slimme aanvraagflow voor TVM Verzekeringen - Opdrachtgever TVM Verzekeringen - Startdatum Semester 1 2026-2027 - Soort opdracht Graduation assignment Groupassignment - Studie HBO-ICT Opdracht TVM Verzekeringen wil een bestaand aanvraagformulier en bijbehorend proces, dat nu draait in Drupal, moderniseren en toekomstbestendig maken. De organisatie onderzoekt hiervoor de inzet van Mendix (low-code) en AI-ondersteuning. Als student werk je aan het ontwerp én de realisatie van een slimme aanvraagflow in Mendix, waarbij je niet alleen kijkt naar techniek, maar vooral naar procesverbetering, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en automatisering. Daarnaast onderzoek en ontwikkel je een AI-ondersteunende oplossing die het proces slimmer en efficiënter maakt. Wat ga je doen? In hoofdlijnen houd je je bezig met: - Analyseren van het huidige aanvraagproces en formulier - Ontwerpen én bouwen van een nieuwe aanvraagflow in Mendix - (Deels) implementeren en integreren van het formulier en proces - Onderzoeken waar AI waarde kan toevoegen binnen de flow - Ontwikkelen van een AI-prototype of proof-of-concept, gekoppeld aan Mendix - Adviseren over vervolgstappen en doorontwikkeling De nadruk ligt op een werkende oplossing op prototype-niveau, gecombineerd met een sterke onderbouwing vanuit business en IT. Wat leer je?
