Bertels is een productie- en handelsbedrijf dat verschillende soorten substraten, basisvoedingen en additieven voor planten produceert en levert aan klanten in verschillende branches over de hele wereld. Wij zijn houder van 2 merken die bekend staan onder 2 handelsnamen, te weten "Plagron" en "Pure". Wij hebben de afgelopen jaren veel nieuwe collega's verwelkomt bij Bertels. Door deze groei zijn wij qua kantoor uit ons jasje gegroeid en is een prachtig nieuw pand gebouwd, dat we in augustus 2020 in gebruik hebben genomen. Wij streven er naar om zoveel mogelijk expertise in eigen huis te hebben. Daarmee kunnen we snel schakelen bij ontwikkelingen op alle vakgebieden. Er werken ruim 80 collega's verdeeld over de volgende afdelingen: Research & Development, Marketing, Webdevelopment, Grafisch, Regulatory Affairs, Bedrijfsbureau / productie en Sales. Daarnaast verschillende stafafdelingen als Finance, HR, ICT en Catering. Wat mag je van ons verwachten? Flexibele werktijden, maar geen flexibele werkplekken! Iedere werknemer en ook stagiair(e) heeft een eigen werkplek. Er wordt veel gewerkt in projectteams, waarbij jouw inbreng en enthousiasme echt het verschil kunnen maken. Je bent als stagiair(e) bij Bertels een volwaardig lid van het (afdelings)team. De sfeer is no-nonsense, informeel en met korte communicatielijnen. Geen dag is hetzelfde.
