Hľadáme technicky zdatnú/zdatného a komunikatívnu / komunikatívneho kolegyňu/kolegu, ktorá/ktorý sa nebojí strojov, no rovnako dobre sa cíti aj pri práci s ľuďmi. Na tejto pozícii prepojíte dva svety – vo fľaškovni sa postaráte o bezproblémový chod a nastavenie našej modernej plniacej a etiketovacej linky, zatiaľ čo mimo nej budete sprevádzať turistov a s hrdosťou prezentovať vína Villa Vino Rača zahraničným návštevám v anglickom alebo čínskom jazyku. Ak hľadáte stabilitu a prostredie, kde víno nie je len produkt, ale skutočná vášeň, radi Vás privítame v našom tíme!

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti • Technické myslenie a zručnosť (nebojíte sa zobrať do ruky náradie). • Zmysel pre detail – neujde vám krivo nalepená etiketa ani neštandardný zvuk motora. • Zodpovednosť, dochvíľnosť a schopnosť pracovať samostatne. • Komunikatívnosť. • Proklientsky prístup. • Plynulá znalosť mandarínskej čínštiny a angličtiny (hovorená aj písomná). • Kultúrna znalosť čínskych trhov a spotrebiteľských trendov. • Fyzická zdatnosť (práca si vyžaduje pohyb a manipuláciu s materiálom). • Schopnosť rýchlo sa učiť a zachovať chladnú hlavu pri riešení technických problémov. • Vzťah k vínu a úcta k poctivej vinárskej tradícii.

Vašou každodennou úlohou bude: • Nastavovanie a kalibrácia: Príprava a prestavovanie plniacej linky pre rôzne formáty fliaš a typy etikiet. • Technický dozor: Riešenie drobných technických porúch a bežná údržba strojového vybavenia. • Obsluha a plynulý chod: Zabezpečenie bezproblémového chodu výroby a dohľad nad prácou na linke. • Dohľad nad kvalitou: Kontrola fliaš, správneho nasadenia uzáverov a precízneho nalepenia etikiet (aby každá fľaša vyzerala perfektne). • Príprava na expedíciu: Balenie hotových produktov do kartónov, ukladanie na palety a práca s paletizačnou technikou. • Sanitácia: Udržiavanie čistoty a hygienických štandardov v priestoroch fľaškovne (čistota je u nás na prvom mieste). • Reprezentácia a degustácie: Sprevádzanie domácich i zahraničných turistov po vinárstve a odborná prezentácia našich vín v anglickom alebo čínskom jazyku.
