Actualmente estamos buscando un operador/a para nuestra Central Receptora de Alarmas (CRA). Valorable disponer de Certificado Discapacidad mínimo del 33%.

REQUISITOS: Ciclo formativo grado medio. Conocimientos necesarios: Atención telefónica. Gestión. Trabajo en equipo. Video. Administración. Soporte técnico. Resolución de problemas. Seguridad. Protección de bienes. Orientación.

Requisitos mínimos: Ciclo formativo grado medio o superior en administración o similares. Experiencia previa en atención telefónica y resolución de incidencias. Valorable experiencia previa en Central receptora de alarmas, centro de control, servicios de alerta especializados, etc... Valorable manejo de programas de monitorización. Conocimientos informáticos. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.

Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Orientación a resultados. Trabajo en equipo. Organización y planificación. Adaptación a los cambios y la incertidumbre. Descripción del puesto: Recepción, atención de avisos y saltos de alarma de clientes de la compañía, así como activación de protocolos establecidos, proporcionando atención personalizada experta a clientes, de acuerdo a los protocolos de seguridad privad.

Tus responsabilidades: Tramitación y gestión de saltos de alarmas y video. Establecimiento de conexiones bidireccionales. Verificación de saltos de alarma en instalaciones. Recepción y atención de llamadas relacionadas con el servicio de conexión. Emisión de llamadas y atención telefónica a clientes para la tramitación de incidencias. Activación de protocolos de seguridad y colaboración las fuerzas de seguridad del Estado. Soporte técnico a los departamentos de operaciones y ventas. Resolución de incidencias de forma especializada siguiendo las directrices de la Ley de Seguridad Privada y procedimientos específicos establecidos..
