Descripción del puesto: Como operador dentro del departamento de producción de nuestro cliente, te encontrarás en el corazón de su empresa dedicada al vidrio.

  • No proporcionamos permisos de trabajo.

Tus responsabilidades incluyen las siguientes tareas:

  • Operar las instalaciones de mezcla de manera continua.
  • Realizar revisiones periódicas de las recetas en el sistema, monitorear los niveles de los silos y escalar el problema si es necesario.
  • Realizar controles de materias primas, recetas, humedad, temperatura, oxígeno, mezcladoras, muestras de gotas o botellas para mantener altos estándares de calidad, seguridad e higiene.
  • Limpiar regularmente el departamento, incluyendo las instalaciones de mezcla, las cintas transportadoras, los filtros, los silos, etc.
  • Actuar como primera persona en responder ante fallas técnicas y escalar el problema si es necesario.
  • Asegurar un proceso de fusión estable desde la sala de control, supervisando los parámetros y las mediciones y completando los informes según corresponda.

Descripción del perfil: Los siguientes criterios son importantes:

  • Experiencia en un entorno de producción.
  • Disponibilidad para asistir a sesiones de capacitación durante el día en diversos centros de capacitación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con una computadora.
  • Buen dominio del inglés o del neerlandés. Contribuir activamente a un ambiente agradable en el equipo y ser servicial con los colegas.
  • Flexibilidad con el conjunto de tareas, especialmente durante la fase de puesta en marcha.
  • No tener inconvenientes para trabajar en un ambiente cálido (temperaturas de hasta 40 grados).
  • No te desanima el trabajo físico.
  • Conocimientos técnicos básicos.
