Empresa de construcción e instalación de casas de madera situada en Olías del Rey contrata 2 OPERARIO/AS DE ACABADOS Y FACHADAS. FUNCIONES Ejecución de trabajos de acabado exterior de elementos de viviendas industrializadas. Colocación y ajuste de ventanas y carpinterías exteriores. Ejecución de remates, sellados y encuentros. Trabajos de terminación de fachadas y sistemas de aislamiento exterior. Colocación de elementos y revestimientos de fachada. Control de calidad de acabados y resolución de pequeños defectos antes de la expedición de los elementos a obra. Manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas propias del puesto. Se valorará experiencia en sistemas SATE, fachadas, aislamiento exterior, colocación de ventanas, sellados y trabajos de acabado en edificación. REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLE, experiencia de 24 meses en instalación de cerramientos metálicos y carpinteros metálicos. CONDICIONES Contrato Indefinido. Comienzo a lo largo mes de septiembre. Jornada completa. Horario de 08 a 16,30 horas. Salario, 30.000 ¤ Bruto Mensual prorrata pagas extra. 12 pagas anuales. Bonificación del 20 % si se alcanzan los objetivos acordados conjuntamente.
