The posting

En tant que Tourneur CNC, les tâches à effectuées seront les suivantes :

ORGANISATION :

  • Consulter les collègues, le PT ou le Superviseur ou le Flow Team Manager ou l'OU Manager concernant le déroulement des travaux
  • Respecter les procédures de qualité, de sécurité et de production
  • Assurer ordre et propreté sur et autour du poste de travail, nettoyer le poste de travail ainsi que les zones désignées

TACHES :

  • Utiliser et régler l'équipement de travail, checkup de l'équipement de travail
  • Transport et manipulation de pièces, travail sur pièces
  • Utiliser des instruments de mesure calibrés.
  • Placer et aligner les systèmes de serrage
  • Contrôle et mesurage des pièces
  • Approvisionner et démonter les pièces et les outils de coupe
  • Enlever les coupeaux après le processus
  • Ebavurer des pièces
  • Se servir d'un palan en utilisant les accessoires de levage appliqués.
  • Interventions dans la machine, alignements
  • Utiliser des outils motorisés et non-motorisés
  • Utilisation d'air comprimé
  • Utilisation de produits de dégraissage
  • Faire l'appoint d'huile
  • Assister le département de la maintenance quand il y a des défauts aux installations.

ADMINISTRATIF :

  • Compléter les documents de contrôle
  • Enregistrement du temps dans le système de pointage ASCO
  • Traitement des non-conformités et communication au supérieur en cas d'erreurs répétitives

SANTE/SECURITE/ENVIRONNEMENT :

  • Contrôle visuel quotidien de la présence correcte et du bon état des dispositions de sécurité et de l'équipement de travail utilisé, des câbles, prises électriques, tuyaux d'air comprimé...
  • Signaler une machine en panne ou autre anomalie- installations de sécurité (arrêt d'urgence, sécurité porte,...) au responsable + au département de la maintenance et application de mesures appropriées en cas de danger immédiat.
  • Connaître toutes les fonctions (d'urgence) de démarrage et d'arrêt afin de déplacer les pièces de machine en cas d'urgence.
  • Rapportage immédiat en cas d'activation de la détection automatique d'incendie, mettre l'équipement à l' arrêt de façon sécurisée, évacuer
  • Connaitre et suivre les directives spécifiques liées au poste afin d'effectuer une première tentative d'extinction de feu
  • Trier les déchets conformément les procédures
  • Nettoyer immédiatement toute fuite (par exemple d'huile,..) et signaler chaque fuite au responsable + au département de la maintenance (via CARL).
  • Vous avez suivi une formation en mécanique générale et/ou plus spécifiquement en CNC et/ou vous avez de l'expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • Vous avez des connaissances techniques en mesurages
  • Vous êtes motivé et prêt à travailler en shift (y compris certains week-ends)
  • Vous avez une bonne condition physique qui vous permet de porter des charges +- lourdes
  • Vous êtes quelqu'un de confiance et qui respecte les règles de sécurité
  • Vous êtes prêt à travailler dans un environnement bruyant et à devoir manipuler certains produits chimiques
  • Contrat intérimaire de longue durée menant à un CDI
  • Horaire en shift (6/14h - 14/22h - 22/6h) + weekend de manière exceptionnelle
