Cette entreprise située à Kampenhout est un producteur et fournisseur de référence de liquides professionnels destinés aux secteurs automobile et industriel.

Depuis ce site, elle fabrique une large gamme de produits d’entretien, de nettoyage et de consommation pour les ateliers et garages.

Afin de renforcer son équipe, elle recherche un Opérateur de Production doté de connaissances techniques, capable de travailler de manière autonome et d’assumer la responsabilité complète d’une ligne de production.

Votre défi

En tant qu’Opérateur de Production, vous êtes responsable du réglage, de la conversion, du démarrage et de l’exploitation correcte de la ligne de production.

Vous veillez à ce que chaque produit soit fabriqué et conditionné conformément aux spécifications requises.

Vos responsabilités

Changement et adaptation de la ligne de production

  • Adapter et convertir la ligne de production conformément aux fiches techniques.
  • Changer les emballages, bouchons, étiquettes et cartons.
  • Configurer les informations d’impression sur les bouteilles, bidons et cartons.
  • Sélectionner les programmes de production et les paramètres appropriés.

Démarrer la ligne de production.

  • Remplissage et production
  • Interpréter et suivre les fiches techniques et les instructions de travail.
  • Contrôler les matériaux présents sur la ligne de production.
  • Réapprovisionner les étiquettes, emballages et autres consommables de production.
  • Emballer manuellement les produits finis dans des cartons.
  • Effectuer des contrôles qualité concernant le poids, le dosage et la finition des produits.
  • Régler et ajuster les machines lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Contrôler l’alimentation et la circulation des liquides tout au long du processus.
  • Raccorder de nouvelles cuves au système de production.

Suivi technique

  • Détecter les dysfonctionnements et contribuer à leur résolution en collaboration avec le technicien.
  • Rapporter correctement les informations au Production Manager.
  • Veiller à la qualité, à la sécurité et à l’efficacité du processus de production.

  • Vous avez de l’expérience sur une ligne de production.
  • Vous travaillez de manière très rigoureuse et responsable, avec une attention particulière portée à la qualité et à la sécurité.
  • Vous êtes ordonné(e) et soigneux(se) : vous évacuez les déchets de production et nettoyez votre poste de travail avant de le transmettre à vos collègues de l’équipe suivante.
  • Vous êtes une personne de terrain et êtes capable de soulever et de manipuler des charges lourdes sans difficulté.
  • Vous êtes motivé(e) à apprendre et à aider vos collègues ; une formation ou une expérience technique en mécanique ou en électricité/électronique constitue un atout, qu’elle soit achevée ou non.
  • Vous êtes dynamique et résistant(e) au stress.
  • Vous êtes flexible et disposé(e) à travailler en différentes équipes (06h00-14h00 / 14h00-22h00) et/ou en horaire de jour (08h00-16h00), en fonction de l’activité. La même flexibilité est attendue concernant les heures supplémentaires.
  • Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais, le français ou l’anglais.
