The posting

L'opérateur de production fabrique correctement des aliments et des arômes selon les procédures et les spécifications des clients. Cela comprend:

  • La préparation et le pesage des matières premières,
  • Le laboratoire de contrôle qualité surveille la qualité des productions. En parallèle, nous préparons les commandes des clients selon les cahiers des charges.
  • Il/elle détecte activement les non-conformités et participe aux plans d'actions correctives. De plus, il/elle s'engage dans les projets d'amélioration continue.
  • L’opérateur de production est responsable de la propreté et de l’ordre de l’atelier. Il/elle suit par conséquent le plan de nettoyage et veille à laisser son poste de travail propre et en ordre.

​​​​​​En tant qu'opérateur de production, vous aurez les compétences suivantes :

  • Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français ou en néerlandais
  • Le goût du travail qualitatif et une grande rigueur
  • L’envie d’apprendre un métier de l’industrie alimentaire
  • Une certaine aisance l’informatique
  • Une capacité à travailler de manière propre, méthodique et précise
  • Vous êtes précis(e) et avez le souci du détail
  • Vous êtes curieux, respectueux et intéressé par le travail en équipe.
  • Vous pouvez soulever des sacs et des conteneurs d’environ 10 kg, par moment de 25 kg
  • (Atout : permis clark ou expérience en logistique)
