Operatie-assistent(e) voor perifeer ziekenhuis Gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen, Medisch technisch personeel Bern Algemeen Op de operatiekamer draait alles om concentratie, precisie en een team dat volledig op elkaar kan vertrouwen. En precies daar kom jij in beeld. Voor een veelzijdig OK-team in Zwitserland zoeken we per direct of in overleg een gediplomeerd operatieassistent of OK-medewerker voor 80 tot 100%. Je komt terecht in een moderne werkomgeving met een breed operatief spectrum. Van orthopedie en algemene chirurgie tot hand- en wervelkolomchirurgie, gynaecologie, urologie, oogheelkunde en KNO. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw vakkennis wordt binnen verschillende specialismen ingezet. Werkzaamheden Tijdens operaties instrumenteer en assisteer je binnen verschillende chirurgische specialismen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles op de OK goed is voorbereid, processen soepel verlopen en het behandelteam zich volledig op de patiënt kan richten. Ook achter de schermen neem je verantwoordelijkheid. Je helpt bij het onderhouden en verzorgen van apparatuur, ziet toe op de juiste toepassing van hygiënerichtlijnen en draagt bij aan een hoge patiëntveiligheid. Daarnaast controleer je de materiaalvoorraad, verzorg je bestellingen en vraag je offertes aan. Samen met de OK-leiding en medisch specialisten werk je mee aan de budgettering van instrumenten, implantaten en apparatuur. Ook het opstellen en actueel houden van OK-schema's en operatiebeschrijvingen in het klinische informatiesysteem behoort tot je werkzaamheden. Profiel Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot operatieassistent, OK-verpleegkundige, dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF of een vergelijkbare TOA/OTA-opleiding.
