Operatieassistent in opleiding Wil jij als operatieassistent in opleiding leren hoe je samen met het operatieteam zorgt voor een veilige en goed voorbereide operatie? Je combineert technische vaardigheden met persoonlijke aandacht voor de patiënt. Vanaf maart 2027 leiden we je graag op tot operatieassistent binnen onze moderne operatieafdeling. Aantal uren 32 - 36 Sluitingsdatum 4 oktober 2026 Jouw functie als operatieassistent in opleiding Als operatieassistent in opleiding leer je stap voor stap hoe je een operatie voorbereidt, de chirurg assisteert en zorgt dat alle instrumenten en materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onder andere chirurgen, anesthesiemedewerkers en operatieassistenten. Tijdens de operatie houd je overzicht en speel je snel in op wat er nodig is. Tegelijkertijd heb je aandacht voor de patiënt en draag je bij aan een veilige en prettige omgeving. Naast je werk in het Deventer Ziekenhuis volg je de theorie bij de UMC Utrecht Academie. De CZO-erkende opleiding start in maart 2027 en duurt ongeveer tweeënhalf tot drie jaar. Je leert en ontwikkelt je aan de hand van Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA's). Welkom op de operatieafdeling Onze operatieafdeling bestaat uit 12 moderne operatiekamers, waaronder een hybride operatiekamer. Daarnaast beschikken we over twee poliklinische operatiekamers en werken we met robotteams. Vrijwel alle chirurgische specialismen zijn vertegenwoordigd, met uitzondering van neurochirurgie en cardiochirurgie. Op de operatieafdeling werken ruim 200 collega's met verschillende disciplines samen. Tijdens je opleiding krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Collega's begeleiden je daarbij en er is ruimte om vragen te stellen, mee te denken en van elkaar te leren.
