Operatieassistent in opleiding Diakonessenhuis Functie omschrijving Wil jij leren werken in het hart van het ziekenhuis, waar je elke dag nieuwe vaardigheden ontdekt en verschillende operaties meemaakt? Bij het Diakonessenhuis leiden we je op tot operatieassistent. Je leert én werkt tegelijk, in een betrokken team dat jou stap voor stap begeleidt. Dit ga je doen Als operatieassistent in opleiding leer je alles wat nodig is om de snijdend specialist te ondersteunen bij operaties. De opleiding bestaat uit theorie (bij het UMC Utrecht) en praktijk (in het Diakonessenhuis). Je start met een voorbereidende periode van vier maanden. Rond je die goed af, dan stroom je door naar de leerarbeidsovereenkomst voor de rest van de opleiding. Je sluit af met het landelijk erkende CZO-diploma Operatieassistent. Tijdens je werk op de operatiekamers leer je drie rollen: omloop, instrumenterend en assisterend. Je werkt mee aan ingrepen die variëren van routine tot hoog complex, altijd volgens de geldende protocollen. Zo ontwikkel je je stap voor stap tot volwaardig operatieassistent, met oog voor veilige en kwalitatieve zorg. De opleiding start twee keer per jaar: in maart en in september. De eerstvolgende startdatum is in maart 2027. Hier kom je te werken In ons stadsziekenhuis leveren we zowel planbare als acute zorg, binnen een brede mix aan specialismen zoals orthopedie, buikchirurgie, urologie en gynaecologie. Jouw leeromgeving bestaat uit acht operatiekamers, een behandelkamer en een recovery/holding in Utrecht, en vijf operatiekamers in Zeist. Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht en gemotiveerd team, dat bekendstaat om korte lijnen, collegialiteit en professionaliteit. Bij ons staat leren centraal: je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien, fouten te bespreken en jezelf te ontwikkelen in een veilige en stimulerende omgeving. Dit breng je mee - Bij voorkeur een havo- of vwo-diploma (profiel N&G) of een afgeronde mbo-/hbo-opleiding in de gezondheidszorg....
