In Zoetermeer werk je als operatieassistent in een dynamische omgeving met verschillende specialismen én volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Dit ben jij Je blijft kalm en houdt het overzicht. Jij ziet nu al wat er straks moet gebeuren. Daardoor kan het hele OK-team alle operaties zo goed mogelijk uitvoeren. Ook ben jij: - Een (bijna) gediplomeerd operatieassistent, of - Een gemotiveerde herintreder; - Beschikbaar voor 24-36 uur per week (maandag t/m vrijdag) inclusief bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Dit ga je doen Assisteren, instrumenteren en omlopen: we hoeven jou natuurlijk niet uit te leggen wat je als operatieassistent doet. Van de voorbereiding en het gebruiksklaar maken van de operatiekamer tot aan de uitvoering van de ingreep: jij kent de werkwijze en denkt altijd twee stappen vooruit. Jij zorgt voor: - Assistentie op topniveau. Je werkt op een dynamische OK, want je krijgt met veel soorten specialismen te maken. Waar wij als operatieassistent naast het instrumenteren ook veel assisteren en daarbij echt samen de operaties uitvoeren. - Optimale samenwerking. De motor achter de OK is het hele operatieteam. Het team is heel veelzijdig en ieder brengt zijn eigen talent en persoonlijkheid mee. Op de operatiekamer hangt een enorm laagdrempelige sfeer tussen de chirurgen en het OK-personeel; je voelt geen hiërarchie, waardoor je makkelijk kunt samenwerken. Wij werken allemaal hecht met elkaar samen. Ook met andere afdelingen wordt nauw samengewerkt, bijvoorbeeld met de röntgen en logistiek. - Actuele kennis van de ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied...
