Zur Verstärkung unseres Führungsteams in Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit als: 1 Operation Manager - Gebäudereinigung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* regelmäßige Kontrolle der von uns betreuten Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekte

* Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Reinigungs- und Betreuungsqualität

* Einschulung, Anleitung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Reinigungskräften und Hausbetreuern

* Erstellung von Fotodokumentationen und Qualitätsberichten

* Aufnahme und Nachverfolgung von Mängeln, Reklamationen und Sonderaufträgen

* Kommunikation mit Kunden, Hausverwaltungen, Mitarbeitern und Büro

* Kontrolle von Reinigungsplänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Objektvorgaben

* Unterstützung bei Objektstarts, Mitarbeiterwechseln und Vertretungen

* Überprüfung von Arbeitszeiten, Objektzuständen und tatsächlichem Leistungsbedarf

* Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines professionellen Qualitätsmanagements mit Checklisten, Standards und digitalen Objektakten

* Erkennen von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in bestehenden Objekten

Ihr Profil:

* Ausbildung als Denkmal-, Fassaden und Gebäudereinigungsmeister

* Führerschein B zwingend erforderlich

* Erfahrung in Gebäudereinigung, Hausbetreuung & Facility Service

* idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Objektleiter, Teamleiter oder Qualitätskontrolleur

* gutes Auge für Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Details und Kundenwahrnehmung

* organisatorisches Geschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* sicheres, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter klar und respektvoll zu führen

* lösungsorientierter Umgang mit Beschwerden und Problemen

* gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* gute MS-Office- und Smartphone-/App-Kenntnisse
