Zur Verstärkung unserer Forschungsabteilung Cancer Cell Targeting suchen wir ab sofort eine kompetente Unterstützung, die gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeitet und Verantwortung übernimmt. Sie freuen sich auf eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenständigkeit sowie vielfältigen organisatorischen Aufgaben. Mit Ihrem ausgeprägten organisatorischen Geschick und Ihrer Fähigkeit, Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen, tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Teams bei.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

* Persönliche Assistenz der Abteilungsleitung und Unterstützung der Teams in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Agenden (ca. 40 Personen)

* Kommunikationsschnittstelle für interne (Standort wie global) und externe Ansprechpartner

* Klassische Assistenztätigkeiten wie abteilungsinterne Personalangelegenheiten, Durchführung des Reisemanagements, Bestell- und Rechnungswesen

* Terminkoordination und -pflege sowie Organisation von (globalen) Meetings und Veranstaltungen

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HASCH) mit über 3 Jahren Erfahrung in vergleichbarer gehobener Assistenzposition (Konzernerfahrung von Vorteil)

* Ausgezeichnete MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Sharepoint), SAP bzw. Datenbanken und versierter Umgang mit IT-Systemen sowie hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch

* Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit mit der notwendigen Sensibilität für die Bearbeitung vertraulicher Daten

* Vorausschauende und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Anspruch an die eigenen qualitativen Arbeitsergebnisse (In Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit)
