Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Odin Groep en haar IT-bedrijven groeien hard en daarom zoeken we een Operational Buyer voor ons team Inkoop & Logistiek. Deze afdeling regelt alles rondom de inkoop, opslag en verzending van IT-hardware. Als Operational Buyer help je de inkopers en zorg je voor een strakke administratie. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt! Ons team: De afdeling Inkoop & Logistiek bestaat uit 30 collega's en is onderdeel van Odin Business Support. Wij ondersteunen de 2 IT-bedrijven van Odin Groep op het gebied van finance, HR, juridisch, kwaliteit, marketing & communicatie, interne IT en inkoop & logistiek. Wat ga je doen? - Contact met diverse stakeholders binnen de organisatie : Communiceren en samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en belanghebbenden. - Archiveren van inkoopcontracten : Zorgvuldig bijhouden en opslaan van alle inkoopcontracten. - Signaleren van aflopende inkoopcontracten : Tijdig identificeren en melden van contracten die binnenkort aflopen. - Faciliteren van operationele inkoop : Ondersteunen van dagelijkse inkoopactiviteiten. - Vastleggen van inkooporders : Registreren en documenteren van inkooporders. - Bewaken van inkooporders : Monitoren van de voortgang en naleving van inkooporders. - Contact met leveranciers : Onderhouden van goede relaties en communicatie met leveranciers.
