Als Operational Buyer speel je een sleutelrol binnen onze purchase-to-pay (P2P)-flow. Samen met je collega-buyers zorg je ervoor dat de juiste materialen en diensten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een vlotte productie en help je DESOTEC zijn duurzame groeidoelstellingen waar te maken.

  • P2P-administratie: Je beheert het volledige purchase-to-pay-proces: van het aanmaken van purchase orders en het ontvangen van goederen tot de verwerking en opvolging van facturen, zodat alles vlot en correct verloopt
  • Supply & Demand-planning: Je stemt dagelijks af met productie om behoeften en leveringen optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen en zo een efficiënte goederenstroom in lijn met de productieplanning te garanderen.
  • Relatiebeheer leveranciers: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen én onderhouden van betrouwbare (alternatieve) leveranciersrelaties binnen de afgesproken raamcontracten.
  • Samenwerking met onze sites: Je bent het operationeel aanspreekpunt tussen aankoop en onze productiesites.
  • Analyse & rapportering: Je analyseert data, stelt forecasts op en rapporteert relevante KPI's aan interne stakeholders, zodat onderbouwde beslissingen kunnen worden genomen.
  • Proces- & kostenoptimalisatie: Je initieert en trekt mee aan verbeter- en kostenbesparingsprojecten om efficiëntie te verhogen, kosten te verlagen en risico's te beheersen.
  • Projectwerk: Je ondersteunt en coördineert strategische cost-saving-trajecten zodat projecten op tijd afgerond kunnen worden.
  • EHS & compliance: Je waakt erover dat aankoopprocessen en leveranciersafspraken voldoen aan de geldende milieu-, gezondheids-, veiligheids- en wettelijke richtlijnen.

We zoeken een leergierige en gedreven teamspeler die ownership neemt, nauwkeurig werkt en enthousiast is om te groeien in het aankoopvak. Idealiter beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masteropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring en een sterke interesse in aankoop.
  • Vlotte talenkennis van het Engels en Nederlands en sterke communicatieskills voor vlotte samenwerking met interne én externe stakeholders.
  • Sterke affiniteit met IT: je kan goed overweg met MS Office (vooral Excel) en hebt een grondige kennis van ERP-systemen.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken, met oog voor deadlines.
  • Een klantgerichte mindset en probleemoplossend vermogen: je pakt eenvoudige of terugkerende issues zelfstandig aan.
  • Veranderingsgericht denken: je voelt je thuis in een context van groei en digitalisering.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de bereidheid om actief bij te dragen aan verbeterprojecten.
  • Een teamgerichte houding: je werkt vlot samen en ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Zelfstandigheid: je durft keuzes maken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en stemt af met de Team Lead Operational Procurement waar nodig.
  • Zin om bij te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen de volledige source-to-pay-flow.
